Purpose

To guide participants in observing their breath, sensations, or surroundings without judgment, fostering an awareness of the present moment.

Step by Step Guide

  • Begin by finding a quiet space and sitting comfortably.
  • Focus on the natural rhythm of your breath, noticing the inhale and exhale.
  • Expand your awareness to sensations in the body, sounds around you, or thoughts that arise, but without attaching judgments to them.
  • When the mind wanders, gently bring attention back to the breath.
